1960s This sideboard was designed by Richard Hornby for Fyne Ladye Furniture during the mid-twentieth century.
Fyne Ladye Furniture of Banbury was one of the few quality British makers to use solid woods for their pieces.
Richard Hornby was a very accomplished designer whose simple elegant clean designs were very popular.
The desirable piece provides ample storage space with its two spacious cupboards and four drawers with beautiful reeded drawer fronts. Beautifully designed and superbly manufactured with its rich grain, warm tones, and beautiful solid tapered legs.
Both stylish and functional, this beautiful piece would make a wonderful addition to any home.
