Swedish painter. Cubism an early influence. By the mid 40s  work became increasingly non-figurative and geometric. Exhibited ‘Ung Konst’, Färg och Form, Stockholm (1947); with Salon des Réalités Nouvelles, Paris (1948-51); ‘Konkret’, Gallery Blanche, Stockholm (1949) L`Art Suédois, Paris (1953); Mexico City (1978). Retrospective Royal Swedish Academy (1995). Works in collection Moderna Museet.
