Original fibre glass shell in rare black colourway with loads of thick fibres.
The black shells were only offered for sale to the commercial sector in orders in the excess of 20.
On original H base. Metalware has great shine still and all feet glides are intact.
Original hardware and shockmounts solid and intact.
Herman Miller embossed stamp and paper label intact on underside of shell.
Stamp dated June 12, 1969.
